Diplomatic Briefing by US Embassy in Beijing
A diplomatic briefing by the US embassy was one of the highlights at this summer's CBL International China programme. The briefing was held at the American Center for Educational Exchange (ACEE), and provided an insight into the history and future of the Sino-American relations.
"The United States and China are seen by many as the new world powers", says Philip Hockerts, course director. "Understanding this very unique relationship is one of the keys to understanding global business in the coming decades. We are happy to get the participants of our China courses in touch not only with academics and managers, but also with government officials."
Already in 2010, a visit to the US embassy in Beijing was part of CBL International's Beijing trip.
