Refund & Cancellation

When cancelling within 8 weeks of the start of the programme, 50% of the tuition and housing fee will be refunded.

When cancelling within 4 weeks of the start of the programme, 25% of the tuition and housing fee will be refunded.

When cancelling within 2 weeks of the start of the programme, 0% of the tuition and housing fee will be refunded

A participating student may withdraw from CBL programme in case of visa refusal (official confirmation of the embassy or consulate general of the hosting countries is necessary to prove this). In such cases 90% of the student’s Tuition and Accommodation Fees paid to date will be refunded (the remaining 10% shall be retained by CBL as an administration fee).

*The above cancellation provision shall apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
